We will meet at Aksha Yoga Montreal or on Zoom. Please make sure to specify your preference. Please ensure you are healthy and well when attending the live training. If you are unwell, consider taking the training on Zoom.
All of the Livestream sessions will be recorded, and you will have 6 months of access to the materials. It’s highly recommended that you attend the Livestream for interactions and direct feedback.
